A lovely second book in this series and I hope there's many more to come.
In this one we meet a sub who has a reputation for being aloof and the Dom who'd like to find out why....
For Saiph, keeping his distance is the best way to keep subbing but not get too involved. He doesn't want to leave the life completely but past actions have hurt him.
Nick wants the boy, he knows there is a way and he's determined to find it.
When an auction throws the two together, Nick starts to break down the sturdily erected wallls that surround Saiph's emotions and together they work towards being what each other needs.
This really is a book about acceptance, forgiveness and redemption and it's one that kept me hooked all the way.
