He had aleays crushed hard on the gorgeous athlete and when he had been given the chance to be more intimate, he took it. Nick seemed to enjoy the closeness as well until someone had almost caught them. Not sticking up for Brin was the worst thing he could have done but for him it was all about self preservation.

Years later when the two men come face to face for the first time, the feelings they both had tried to bury are forced upon them. Will Nick ever explain why he was so cruel and will Brin want to hear it anyway?

This book was really good and showed us that there are always two sides to a story, you just have to listen.
